Dual Diesel Power Unit
UTILIZING LIGHTWEIGHT STRUCTURE AND COMPONENTS TO OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE
The diesel power unit for Premiere, Inc. casing running tools (PRT’s) utilizes lightweight structure and components to optimize logistics and performance. Powered by a Kubota 35hp liquid-cooled engine, the power unit maintains hydraulic pressure, flow, and temperature for reliable and consistent service.

- Reduced footprint allows for greater ease in placement of unit(s) near rig for casing service
- “Triple Crown” anti-abrasion coated Aeroquip hydraulic hoses for superior durability to the harshest conditions
- “Flat-Face” virtually leak proof hydraulic connectors for contamination control
- ESD (Emergency Shut-Down) accessible from rig floor via pull-cable
- Thermostat activated hydraulic oil cooler for quick, automatic heat reduction
- The unit is completely scalable in regards to its output flow and pressure utilization of torque (HP) limits
- Base skid for transport with two complete nested Diesel PRT units
- Individual power can be replaced without disturbing other unit
- Diesel engine features: Air start, oversized reservoir, high performance fan blade for radiator, & intake air shutdown
- The PRT system requires a maximum of 15 gpm @ 3000 psi, the pump itself is rated for 27 gppm @ 2300 rpm
- As a PRT unit, set and release speeds can be tuned for maximum efficiency
- 45cc Pump has a 30 gpm capacity with torque limiting & load sensing abilities
